Magiaheim is a magic‑supremacist world where every mage can cast silent, high‑powered spells, and even in close combat, magic is considered absolute. In this world, swordsmen are despised as inferiors. Reborn there is Ayame Hōjō, a samurai from the Far East who once wielded a unique demon blade and was famed as an unmatched swordmaster. His burning desire to perfect the sword carries him into a new life—but his new home worships magic and scorns swordplay, so Ayame too is looked down on by mages.
